I love 'x' but I can't find a shirt from 'x'?​
With only so many hours in the day, we can't watch or read every fandom out there, so if there is a specific quote you are after please contact the design team and we will see what we can arrange for you as a custom print.

03 - Shipping & Delivery Terms
Geek Tee Collective offers shipping and delivery within Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world.
3.1 AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
This shipping information is to assist with setting out our shipping process and the expected delivery timelines which are estimated only.
3.1.1. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Geek Tee Collective offers standard delivery throughout Australia and New Zealand. The shipping time for standard shipping in Australia is up to 6 business days and between 10-16 business days to New Zealand. However, this is an estimate only and unforeseen delays in shipping during peak times and/or interruptions due to Covid-19 related restrictions may occur.
A final shipping cost will be automatically calculated when completing your purchase at the online checkout. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If shipping to a business address please include the name of the business and the full address in the shipping information at the checkout.
Insurance of the goods is not included within the standard delivery shipping charge. Please contact our Customer Care should you wish to insure the goods prior to dispatch.

3.1.2. SHIPPING
Australia:
Online orders with a total transaction value exceeding AUD$99 receive free standard shipping via Australia Post
All orders under AU$99 incur a shipping charge. Flat rate shipping for all orders are provided in the cart and at the checkout. The shipping cost will be determined by the delivery location nominated.

Online orders with a total transaction value exceeding AUD$200 receive free express shipping via Australia Post
​
Express Shipping is available within Australia at a flat rate for all orders; this is provided in the cart and at the checkout.

New Zealand:
Online orders with a total transaction value exceeding AUD$99 receive free standard shipping initially via Australia Post and followed by NZ Post on arrival in New Zealand.
All orders under AU$99 incur a shipping charge. Flat rate shipping for all orders are provided in the cart and at the checkout. The shipping cost will be determined by the delivery location nominated.

Online orders with a total transaction value exceeding AUD$200 receive free express shipping via Australia Post

Express Shipping is available to New Zealand with a flat rate for all orders; this is provided in the cart and at the checkout.

3.1.3. TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email detailing the package has been shipped and you will be provided with the carriers tracking number and a link to track the delivery via the carriers website.

3.1.4. UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
Delivery may be signed for by anyone at the nominated delivery address. If this cannot be achieved, the driver will leave a delivery card at your nominated delivery address detailing how, where and when the delivery may be collected.
If the parcel is not collected or returned to Geek Tee Collective , re-sending this parcel to your nominated address will incur an additional standard shipping fee
3.2 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
3.2.1. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
We offer international shipping; costs and delivery timelines will vary depending on the destination country. Costs vary based on the number of items purchased, total cost of order and the destination country.
International orders are sent using standard Australia Post shipping and their international partner in the country of destination, which offers full tracking from dispatch to delivery. The shipping time is estimated at between 10 to 28 business days, which varies from country to country. However, this is an estimate only and unforeseen delays in shipping during peak times and/or interruptions due to Covid-19 and/or other global related restrictions may occur.
Australia Post advise the following approximated delivery timelines:

Zone 1: New Zealand – 10-16 business days

Zone 2,3 & 4: Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe – 10-28 business days

Zone 5: Rest of the World – 14-30 business days
Insurance of the goods is not included within the standard delivery shipping charge. Please contact our Customer Care team should you wish to insure the goods prior to dispatch.
Please ensure a safe delivery address is provided as Geek Tee Collective cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels or parcels delivered to the incorrect address (where an incorrect address was provided).
Live shipping rates are provided in the cart and at the checkout. The shipping cost will be determined by the delivery location nominated.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
If shipping to a business address please include the name of the business and full address in the shipping information at the checkout.

3.2.2. DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs landing charges. Any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are to be paid for by the recipient. As customs policies vary between countries, we strongly recommend checking your local customs advisory website prior to placing an order to see what duty and tax charges may be payable. If purchasing outside of Australia, the Australian domestic Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be removed at the time of checkout.
If duties and taxes apply, you will be contacted by the postal authority in your country on your nominated phone number and you be requested to pay such customs fees prior to the delivery of the parcel.
Geek Tee Collective cannot be held responsible for any customs duty and/or taxes charged; such fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid within the time frame requested by your local post authority.
Failure to pay any duty or taxes in the required time frame may result in your parcel being returned to Geek Tee Collective and a re-delivery fee equivalent to the initial postage charge will be payable to re-send the package. Please ensure a suitable contact phone number is provided at the time of ordering to ensure your local post authority can contact you for any relevant customs requirements. Please note that emails may not be available for customs notifications in your country.

3.2.3. TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email detailing the package tracking number and a link to track the delivery via the Australia Post website.
Australia Post partners with all of the major postal networks around the globe – they’re the ones who will be responsible for completing the last-mile of all Australia Post deliveries. Postal and customs authorities typically work very closely together to ensure your parcel is delivered safely.

3.2.4. UNDELIVERABLE PARCELS
We strongly recommend inserting a business or residential address that is occupied between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday as your nominated delivery address to avoid the potential for a missed delivery.
Please note that postal and/or customs authority delivery processes will differ from country to country.
It’s always best to speak with these authorities directly for more detailed information. They will have much better visibility into the whereabouts and status of the parcel once it has arrived, and can provide specific information into their unique delivery processes.
Should the delivery not be able to be made and/or you do not arrange to collect the parcel from your postal authorities nominated location, the item will be returned to Geek Tee Collective as undeliverable and you will be notified.
Re-delivery costs will be charged should you confirm you would like re-delivery of the package to you again.

06 - Returns & Exchanges
Each garment is made to order we ask you to please carefully check your desired size and text color before completing your order.

ONLINE STORE ORDER RETURNS
This section of the Returns and Exchanges Policy is applicable to products purchased via Geek Tee Collective online store only and should be read in conjunction with our website Terms and Conditions of Use and Service policy.
​
We endeavor to ship only the highest quality products however if your new garment isn’t as described, design incorrectly applied (crooked), design not adhering to the garment please contact us and we will send you a replacement at no extra postage cost.
​
FAULTY PRODUCT RETURNS
To return a product due to a fault with the product, which meets a Consumer Guarantee as provisioned for under Australian Consumer Law or otherwise as required by law, you are entitled to receive a refund however your items(s) must meet the following conditions:

Be returned with the Tax Invoice / Receipt issued by Geek Tee Collective

Be returned within 10 calendar days of the delivery date;
-
Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition;

Be returned with original tags and packaging;
-
Be returned without stains or marks; and
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
As all items are made to order we do not offer returns for ‘change of mind’ reasons
Please note that Sale and Warehouse Clearance products are not eligible for a return unless the product fails to:

Meet a Consumer Guarantee as provisioned for under the Australian Consumer Law or otherwise as required by law; or
-
If the product is faulty, you are entitled to a refund.
We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with this returns policy.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
If a product that you have purchased from us is in accord with the above return qualifications, please login to your Geek Tee Collective account and go to the RETURNS page and follow the prompts and steps to generate and receive a Return Authorised email which a hard copy is to be included with the product to be returned together with a hard copy of your Confirmed Order email received when placing your order.
Returns must be received by Geek Tee Collective within 10 calendar days of receiving your order.
Please note that items that are damaged by you or which have undergone general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and are not eligible for repair, replacement or refund.

Once your return is received at Geek Tee Collective, the item(s) will be checked to ensure it/they comply with our returns policy. A return outcome will then be determined.
In the case that the return is unsuccessful, a Customer Care team member will contact you within 48 hours to advise this.

REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds require up to 5-10 business days to be processed once the product to be refunded is received at our return address. Once a return has been successfully processed, the original payment method will be used to refund in full, the value of the item(s) returned.
Shipping costs associated with the original order will not be refunded for returns.
Following our processing of your refund, please allow up to 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

EXCHANGES
Geek Tee Collective online store does not accept exchanges (or refunds) at this time for change of mind items.
Exchanges for incorrect size or style being supplied will be arranged after notification to the Geek Tee Collective support team

How do I care for my new favorite t-shirt & hoodie
Some simple care instructions:

Machine wash is fine. We advise you to flip them inside out on a cold cycle.

Whenever possible line dry inside out.

Don't Iron Directly on to decals.
